What happens if my product gets damaged in shipping?
If you should have damage occur in the shipping process, we’ve got your back. We request that with every delivery you count your inventory and check all the items for damage. Even if your boxes appears to be undamaged, it never hurts to check. If this is damage, please document the damage on the BOL or packing slip at the time of delivery. Forward the images to your sales rep as soon as possible. This way they can get the process started as soon as possible.
